NIPUN (National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy) aims to ensure foundational literacy and numeracy for children by Grade 3. Achieves foundational literacy and numeracy for all children by the end of Grade 3. It’s a part of the National Education Policy 2020, emphasizing activity-based and holistic learning. Moreover, it focuses on providing equitable and inclusive education, especially for marginalized communities. And also integrates development of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills through innovative teaching methods. It enhances teacher training programs to improve instructional quality and encourages community involvement to create a supportive environment for education.
